UX Optimization
Method 21's UX optimization work is about removing friction from the user experience and making it easier for visitors to accomplish what they came to do. We use behavioral data — heatmaps, session recordings, click maps, scroll depth, and funnel analytics — to understand how people actually use your site, then make targeted improvements based on what the data shows.
What We Analyze
User flows through conversion funnels, navigation patterns, form interactions, page engagement metrics, mobile versus desktop behavior differences, and drop-off points throughout the site. We combine quantitative data (what people do) with qualitative research (why they do it) to build a complete picture of the user experience.
How We Improve
Recommendations are prioritized by impact and validated through testing before permanent implementation. We work on navigation improvements, form optimization, content layout changes, mobile experience refinement, page load performance, and interaction design. Every change is measured against the baseline so you can see exactly what improved and by how much.
