Responsive Design

Every website Method 21 builds is responsive and mobile-first. This is a baseline, not a feature — more than half of web traffic comes from mobile devices, and search engines prioritize mobile performance in their rankings. We design and develop for small screens first, then enhance for larger displays.

Responsive design is built into our development process from the start. We design mobile layouts alongside desktop, test across real devices throughout development, and optimize touch targets, font sizes, navigation patterns, and content layout for each breakpoint. Performance is weighted toward mobile because that's where the constraints are tightest and the stakes are highest.

We test on actual devices across iOS and Android, multiple browsers, and a range of screen sizes. Responsive design means more than resizing — it means the experience works well at every size, with appropriate interactions, readable content, and fast load times on mobile networks.
